Abdul Gafur Hali ((ベンガル語:আব্দুল গফুর হালী)) (born 1929) is a Bangladeshi folk lyricist, composer and singer. He is the first folk play author to use the local language of Chittagong. His works are done mainly in his native language of Chittagong, but are popular through the territory. He is also known by his Sufi name, Gafur Hali Maizbhanderi ((ベンガル語:গফুর হালী মাইজভান্ডারী)).
==Birth and family==
Hali was born to Abdus Sobhan and Gultaj Khatun, in Rashidabad; in the Potiya region within the Chittagong district in 1929. He married Rajia Begum.〔
